Philco Teletron 1928 American Based on Philo T. Farnworth's design, Philco Electronics of North America began licensed production of the Teletron in 1923. This 1928 edition is the last teletron produced by Philco. The company ended its televisor production to concentrate efforts in manufacturing inexpensive Radios.
